On the arrival day, Monday, October 27, 2025, a member of our team will be waiting for participants at Tunis-Carthage Airport, just outside customs on the left near the Orange box, to welcome you and guide you to the bus. The bus will depart from the airport to Hammamet around 6:00 PM on Monday, October 27, 2025. We kindly recommend planning your arrival in Tunis no later than Monday afternoon to ensure you can join the group transfer comfortably. For the return, the departure from Hammamet to Tunis-Carthage Airport will take place on Saturday, November 1, 2025. We recommend booking a return flight that does not depart too early on Saturday to allow sufficient time for travel back to the airport and check-in procedures without stress. Further details on the exact meeting point, emergency contact, and timing will be communicated closer to the conference dates. |
