The registration form must be submitted via the conference website: Registration Form Page

An automatic e-mail will be sent to the e-mail address of the participant as the registration form is received. Upon receipt of this email, the participant should send the bank transfer receipt of the registration fee to the conference team. The hotel room reservation will be made at the Méhari Hotel after the registration fee is received along with the transfer receipt.

Online transfer using credit card

You can pay the registration fee by "international money transfers". To accomplish this, simply indicate on the registration form, available on the conference web page, that you wish to pay by "international money transfers". 

On-site payment

You can pay the registration fee on site. To do so, simply indicate on the registration form, available on the conference web page, that you wish to pay upon arrival.

The registration fee is :

-) This fee for Non-Students covers accommodation in a single room and includes all meals (breakfast, lunch, and dinner), coffee breaks, and lodging for the entire duration of the event, from Tuesday, October 27th at noon to Saturday, November 1st at 11 a.m. (6 days, 5 nights).

-) This fee for Master's or PhD students covers accommodation in a double room and includes all meals (breakfast, lunch, and dinner), coffee breaks, and lodging for the entire duration of the event, from Tuesday, October 27th at noon to Saturday, November 1st at 11 a.m. (6 days, 5 nights).

-) Participants are required to pay an additional fee of75 euros by night to the conference account foreach accompanying person. The registration fees help cover all services related to the conference.

-) The supplement for an accompanying person or child is applied per night and not for the total duration of the conference.

Dedicated family package: 62 eurosby night for each accompanying adult (a 13 euros discount from the standard 75 euros rate) and32 eurosby night per childunder 12. Comfort is assured with our specially designed family rooms.
